We are seeking a Product Information / Cost Accounting Coordinator to join our team!  The Product Information / Cost Accounting Coordinator is responsible for maintaining current computer/hardcopy files for product information, customer cross reference files, and cycle inventories of raw glass and finished stock for all manufactured parts.  Provides general accounting administrative support to include such items as account reconciliations (Shipping/Inventory/Billing) and supporting daily, weekly, monthly and annual (budget process) accounting activities as required. Responsibilities include:

•    Reviews all PAC slips for auditing purposes, accounting files, file building, additions of alternatives and part status.  Makes ECN additions to files i.e. trademark changes.
•    Maintains all product structure files for new parts and changes to current parts including raw glass part numbers.
•    Maintains SAP system for all parts by maintaining current plant-side information required for shipments and sales.
•    Assists in the development of yearly budgets as required to include speeds, yields, raw glass costs, line changes, etc. for parts produced at the plant.
•    Maintains inventories of raw glass and finished stock through cycle inventories twice each calendar year.
•    Sets-up location status and updates for raw glass, WIP (work-in-process), finished stock, paints, silver, etc.
•    Performs miscellaneous accounting administrative duties such as journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.




Job Requirements

•    Above average mathematical skills relevant to accounting/budgeting/inventory activities.
•    Good decision making, interpersonal, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
•    Computer and Microsoft Office – Excel and e-mail.  Must work with computerized production reporting and ordering systems (SAP)
•    Knowledge of the plant’s manufacturing process and ability to interact with plant personnel and customers.
