We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Harmar, PA location, just outside of Pittsburgh PA!  The Sales Support Representative is accountable to provide a maximum level of customer service to assigned customer accounts (domestic and/or export) while working closely with sales to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of order processing, applying specialized knowledge of technical details and product applications in the customer order process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers, assuring thorough and accurate order processing, suggesting alternative products and services, and providing support in the resolution of customer complaints and issues.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate information with respect to our product availability, shipping capabilities, and the status of orders from time of order receipt through order shipment, delivery, and payment of invoice.
