Job Description

Our Internship Program is focused on bridging the gap between academia and the real world by providing each participant exposure to a variety of business activities. Through this program, our goal is to develop well-rounded individuals though hands-on career specific experience. With 14 manufacturing facilities spread out across North America, corporate offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Rochester Hills, MI, and an R&D center just outside of Pittsburgh, we are well positioned to provide a number of different internship opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • In order to be considered for our Internship Program an individual must be pursuing a degree in an Engineering related field such as:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Ceramics Engineering
    • Manufacturing Engineering
    • Materials Science
    • Physics
    • Chemistry 
  • Working knowledge of computer aided-design equipment and computerized processes is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Prior internship experience is a plus but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for interactions with management, peers, other associates, vendors and contractors
  • Ability to trouble-shoot, analyze and resolve problems, plan, organize and share information
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects
