- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Logistics, or Business Administration or related fields preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Solid appreciation of risk management strategy and practices related to plant and equipment
- Sound and correct understanding of equipment reliability concepts; solid appreciation of quality management methods and practices related to plant and equipment reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Computerized Maintenance System (CMM)
- Knowledge with computerized drafting skills preferred.
- Individual must be able to work productively in a team environment
- Individual must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must possess strong time management skills
