Job Requirements

MBA student with Marketing Concentration required. Minimum of five (5) years experience preferably with OEM customers and/or international experience. Proficiency in understanding OEM glass manufacturing, sales, program management and general distribution.

Intern responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work with Director of Marketing and Engineering to establish product strategy, claim opportunities, substantiation, and legal approval processes
  • Lead Cross Functional Teams to Launch New Products and branch into Like Categories (Line Extensions)
  • Provide product decision responsibilities by employing vehicles in operation data for gap coverage; volume critical applications; import, for all global regions when tasked
  • Reviews Marketing communications, bulletins and Sales Support literature for product accuracy
  • Compiling, Organizing, Interpreting & Reporting on Various Data Sets
  • Competitive Benchmarking & Tracking - collaborate with engineering, collect all competitive products and review for features, style, application, installation ease, etc (mostly focused on consumer / installer needs).
