Our New Graduates Program is focused on building the technical skills and business acumen of each of the participants through exposure to a variety of business activities. Through this program, our goal is to develop well-rounded individuals that can help propel our organization into the future. With 14 manufacturing facilities spread out across North America, corporate offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Rochester Hills, MI, and an R&D center just outside of Pittsburgh, we are well positioned to provide a vast number of career opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • In order to be considered for our New Graduates Program an individual must be in their Senior year and pursuing a degree in a business related field such as:
    • Accounting/Finance
    • Supply Chain
    • Human Resources
    • Marketing/Sales
    • Communications
    • Business Analytics
    • Information Technology
  • Applicants that have already obtained their degree are eligible for this program, but must not be more than 1 year removed from their date of graduation.
  • A working knowledge of business processes is a plus, prior work experience through internships is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for interactions with management, peers, other associates, vendors and contractors
  • Ability to trouble-shoot, analyze and resolve problems, plan, organize and share information
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects to established timelines as performance is measured against project goals and specific assignment
