Pittsburgh Glass Works (a Vitro Company), the #1 manufacturer and distributor of automotive glass in North America has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer. This position will be located at our plant in Crestline, OH, and will report to the Quality Manager. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Team as a technical project leader, managing all product content to support meeting Program financial targets and ensuring manufacturing capability/feasibility in support of the APQP process
• Facilitate root cause analysis using problem solving tools to address customer concerns
• Complete and obtain PPAP to launch new products on time
• Support internal and external customers and be the single point of contact for all program related communication
• Generate and complete part bill of material in support of all products managed
• Facilitate the engineering change process at the plant level
• Ensure timely completion of all customer requested sample orders
